Spaghetti with Garlic and Parsley


A simple way to make spaghetti special.


For 2 servings
150 g spaghetti
2 garlic cloves
3 tbsp cfresh chopped parsley
3 tbsp olive oil
Ground black pepper


Peel the garlic peel and chop finely. Preheat the oil in a frying pan. Add the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain, mix with the garlic oil and parsley. Season to taste with the pepper and serve immediately.

Tip: Try to sprinkle the pasta with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
